I am where I wanted to be...

I was 7 years old when I fell in love with the effort produced by a cyclist during a broadcast of the Tour de France. How did they not give up? Me who was already so often paralyzed by my shyness, by my lack of self-confidence, by my fears and by the poor management of my emotions, whether during my riding competitions, or oral exams during my schooling. .. I wanted to understand. It was a happy coincidence that psychology students came to present their discipline (the only ones) at my orientation time; “That’s it! I would be a psychologist in a cycling team.” I will know, and give back to “these heroes” what they inspired in me.

Life "is a big competition" which offers challenges to overcome and I have had my own... Health concerns, repeated moves, bereavements too young, harassment, a disability... But I bounce back ... And I learned... From all this life experience, whether professional, academic, personal. And that success does not depend only on “luck”, but on action.

I managed to help Athletes, my mare, my Doberman to manage their emotions to express themselves in competition while I had to learn to manage mine t which I discovered with the help of a pro that I I was endowed with a particular emotional intelligence that had to be learned to tame.

I managed to be a trainer for an international cycling team despite my back disability which no longer allowed me to walk before.

I managed to stay the course after having to leave psychology school, and ended up finding and taking on a professional path as a mental expert after several career changes.​
